Practice PrincipalDavid Norman qualified from Cambridge university in 1982 and took over the practice in 1988. Having spent time as an assistant in High Wycombe, Chesham and Basildon.
Verity Williams MRCVS
Vet - Senior surgeon
Verity joined Biscot Mill in 2015. She graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010. She has completed an advanced certificate in small animal surgery, which should enable her to achieve ‘Advance Practitioner’ status in 2018.

Practice ManagerLynne Robinson joined Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre in 1997 as a receptionist and became the practice manager in 2011. Lynne had been previously working in the equine industry and qualified from Cambridge Agricultural College. Lynne has two ponies, two children and a Norfolk terrier which also keep her busy!
Mei Ying Lou MRCVS
Mei graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2004 and joined the practice in 2005 after previously working in London and being a Locum. Mei currently works part time after having small children. She also has a very lovable Jack Russell dog.
Lynsey qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2008 and joined the Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre in 2009. Lynsey enjoys nursing and is a qualified first aider. Outside of work Lynsey has two guinea pigs and 2 children that keep her busy!
Claire began her nursing career in 2008 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2012. Claire joined the Biscot Mill in 2014. She has a particular interest in emergency and critical care. Outside of work Claire enjoys long walks, traveling and relaxing, she has two rescue cats that keep her busy!
NurseEmily joined Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre in 2005 and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2010. She has a particular interest in anaesthesia and analgesia. Outside of work Emily has 3 Rabbits and a dog which keeps her very busy.
NurseLizzie qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2011 and joined Biscot Mill Veterinary centre in December 2016. She has a particular interest in anaesthesia and physiotherapy. Lizzie has recently brought a house which is keeping her very busy outside of work.
Nursing AssistantLinda joined Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre in 2004 as a nursing assistant. Linda’s role involves assisting the nurses and running our in house laboratory. In her spare time she enjoys looking after her dogs.
Lauren joined Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre in 2013, she comes with experience and veterinary knowledge after working as a trainee nurse. Lauren enjoys the challenge that working in a busy Veterinary Surgery brings. She also enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.
ReceptionistEllice joined the practice as a Veterinary Receptionist in September 2014. Before starting, she has gained various experiences in the animal industry as well as achieving a National Diploma in Animal Management in 2010. When not working, Ellice enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs.
ReceptionistPaula joined Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre as a receptionist in 2004 . She is a qualified first aider and a good shoulder to cry on. When Paula is not working she likes to walk her two dogs and is excited at the prospect of a new puppy.
ReceptionistDanielle joined Biscot Mill Veterinary Centre in August 2010 as a Veterinary receptionist. Danielle completed NVQ courses in business and administration and leadership and management. Completed her first aid course in 2016. enjoys the different animals and people she meets on a daily basis and particularly likes talking to clients. Danielle is the owner of pampered cats!
